TradingTotal-USA – Terms of Use & Conditions 

TradingTotal Automated Trading Systems, Discretional Trading Systems, Backgrounds, and Indicators for NinjaTrader.

User Rights Policy

User rights govern the methods and practices by which a user can access and use any TradingTotal Automated or Discretionary Trading System at a local level device, to allow users to perform tasks on a specific identified personal device, based on a license validation system.

User rights include rights and permissions to use the TradingTotal Automated and Discretionary Trading Systems, TradingTotal Indicators, and Color Backgrounds, as detailed in the Appendix section, which will be called TRADINGTOTAL SYSTEMS from now onward. The TRADINGTOTAL SYSTEM license will be called LICENSE from now onward. Any individual holding a valid LICENSE will be called LICENSEE from now onward.

  • LICENSE user rights are valid only for the LICENSEE personal and individual noncommercial use of one (1) LICENSE, during the valid period of the LICENSE use.
  • LICENSE can’t be transferred, sold, or donated, to other individuals, groups of individuals, or companies, under any circumstance.
  • LICENSEE can’t share, distribute, publish, broadcast, stream, or carry out any other demonstration online or in public of any LICENSE application, including TRADINGTOTAL SYSTEMS real-time or historic trading visual performance, visual or voice signals, alerts, or any kind of trading calls without an official TradingVest LATAM LLC specific written authorization.   

Any violation of the current user policy will determine the immediate corresponding LICENSE cancelation with no money refund and with no compensation rights, under any circumstance. Any user policy violation will eventually determine criminal and civil legal actions against the LICENSEE or any other individual or company involved.

At the same time, the TRADINGTOTAL SYSTEMS are technological products and services, including the corresponding training and educational services, all of them under the protection of intellectual property laws and subject to copyright regulations.
